The voltage in Austria is 220 V. Adapters can be borrowed (deposit € 10.00) at the front desk.
Airport transfer
Please contact the front desk, if you wish an airport transfer or pick-up, rates start at € 40,- for a standard car.
Bicycle rental
Sightseeing by bicycle? Try one of our Hotel AUSTRIA - city bikes! The bicycles are available for rental at the front desk starting at the rate of € 2,- / hour including a helmet.
Blankets and pillows
Additional blankets and pillows (also non-allergic ones) are available on request.
Breakfast
Buffet breakfast is served between 7:00 and 10:00 hours in our breakfast room on the ground floor. If you wish to have breakfast before that time, please place your order for continental breakfast the night before. Breakfast in the room is served between 7:00 and 10:00 hours at an additional charge of € 2,- per person.

Please contact the front desk, if we may assist you in booking or re-confirming your flight.

Ask at the front desk for stamps for your letters and postcards.

Iron and iron board are available at the front desk.
Check-out
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am. We accept cash, all major credit cards and Maestro/Bankomat for the payment of your bill.
Kettle
Each room offers free tea and coffe making facilities.
Library
We have a book shelf with a small selection of foreign books in our hall. You may borrow a book anytime. If you wish to keep one, we kindly ask you to trade with one of your books (this offer is only valid for paper back books, not for hard back books).
Luggage storage
Your luggage can be stored in our luggage room near the front desk.
You can leave your outgoing mail with us. Any messages and incoming mail will be kept at the front desk for you.
Minibar
In each room you will find a minibar offering you a very good selection of drinks and snacks.
Tours
Direct pick-up from the hotel for tours and excursions in and around Vienna. Further information and details can be obtained at the front desk.
Parking garage
You can park your car in a garage nearby to our hotel at the rate of € 20,- per day. Parking cards for the post garage must be returned to the hotel on the day of departure. For lost or not returned cards we have to charge € 36,- replacement costs.
Restaurants
Our hotel is surrounded by a large amount of very good restaurants offering Viennese cuisine and International specialities. Please contact the front desk for a good suggestion or a table reservation.
Refreshments
Soft as well as alcoholic drinks and coffee and tea are served all day at our front desk-bar.
Room key
Please hand your key in at the front desk when leaving the hotel. Our front desk staff is on duty 24 hours. If you find the entrance door locked, please ring the door bell next to the door.
Safety deposit box
Each room has a safety deposit box. Please contact the front desk for the key.
Taxi
If you wish to order a taxi, please contact the front desk.
Ticket service
We gladly assist you in obtaining tickets for the opera, theatre or concerts.

All rooms are equipped with telephone with mailbox and analogue modem connection.

Our terrace, situated on the 2nd floor, stays open until 22:00 hours on sunny days and mild evenings.

A very good selection of local wines from Burgenland, which have received numerous awards, is waiting for you to taste in our wine display cabinet.

The current weather for Vienna is available on our own weather station on the left of our entrance, on our homepage and a forecast for the next few days is being displayed at the front desk.
